Community pricing includes Castellan controller hardware, platform configuration and remote commissioning. Installation may be completed by your existing gate technician. Physical installation, specialist networking, additional cabling and non-standard integrations may be quoted separately.

Where an existing Castellan controller can support another nearby access point, additional hardware may not be required. If another Castellan controller, networking or additional equipment is required, this will be quoted before installation.

Your existing gate technician or electrician can install the preconfigured Castellan controller using our installation instructions. Castellan provides remote provisioning and setup support where applicable.

Some existing access systems may require additional gateway, networking or specialist integration equipment. These installations are quoted separately. Where a dedicated connected gateway service is required, an annual service fee may apply.
